Best Western Terminus Hotel - Sofia

This place suits me perfectly. It has great amenities like free parking, luggage storage, and 24-hour reception. The staff once helped me return sim cards I left behind. I'm coming back for Christmas!

The room was decent sized and functional with laptop & papers and they provided wake-up service when I asked. There where facilities such as Wi-Fi, coffee, and a minibar. The location of the hotel was central, near Sofia by bus or train, the main train station in Sofia, and the Billa supermarket. Centrum district was worth staying in.

I love this hotel.The rooms are very clean and the staff very nice and helpful.Breakfast is also excellent and the location is very well.

Had a decent room but struggled with heavy luggage getting to the train station.

the hotel was set in a central area right by sofia's train station, the underground, train station and bus station, and metro, train station and bus station. furthermore, to city sights.

The staff was not so kind.

Bathroom water spills during showers, but great location and spacious rooms make up for it.

The hotel staff were vey friendly.They were willingly offering their services and their English was very satisfactory.The room we stayed in was good and comfortable. There were some welcoming final touches in the room which made good impression on us :)

Stayed at Sofia Plaza Hotel for one night only. Front desk staff were really professional. I was nice surprised by a bowl of fruits brought up to my room right after I checked in. In a couple of words - great location and fantastic staff. I recommend this hotel.'

great access to public transport and major landmarks

The hotel was great with a spacious room and comfy bed. It is just a few steps from tram and metro lines which makes exploring the city easy.

Very good hotel with relaxed atmosphere with peace and quite, comfortable with descrete staff who are polite and extremley helpful. Next time ,when i come back to Sofia i will stay at Sofia Plaza Hotel.
